Winnington's product range is superbly designed to be fit for purpose. Our team of over 50 product engineers run great ideas through feasibility studies and prototyping. Then comes the tooling, molding and engineering arrangements that turn our prototypes into commercial products. From beginning to end, development lead time average just 30 to 45 days.

Winnington has its own in-house tooling production team to support its product engineering services. They utilize various types of CNC machines (7 sets) and EDMs (5 sets), as well as machines for wire cutting, milling, drilling, lathe work and spin drawing. This equipment is handled by a team of 91 skilled engineers (at last count) all with wide tooling experience, thus guaranteeing precision and quality of the final product.
